Event Terms & Attendance Rules These Event Terms & Attendance Rules apply to the Embers Rising Community Kickoff scheduled for September 19, 2026, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Rogers Park Building in Leesburg, Florida. By purchasing or using a ticket, attending the event, or entering the event premises, each attendee agrees to these terms. Tickets and admission Admission is limited to ticketed attendees. Each person attending the event must be included in a ticket order, including children receiving free admission. Ticket categories are based on age: Adult (13+) — $25 Child (4–12) — $15 Child (0–3) — Free Age eligibility is determined as of the event date. Embers Rising may request reasonable verification of age when necessary. Tickets are valid only for the event, date, and ticket category for which they were issued and may not be duplicated, reproduced, or fraudulently used. Admission is subject to venue capacity, safety requirements, and compliance with these rules. Ticket transfers and resale Tickets are nontransferable and are valid only for the guest or ticket holder associated with the original order. Tickets may not be resold, assigned, exchanged, or transferred to another person without prior written approval from Embers Rising. Embers Rising may require identification or other reasonable verification when necessary to confirm that the person presenting a ticket is entitled to use it. Unauthorized resale, duplication, or transfer may result in cancellation of the ticket without refund. Check-in and ticket scanning Guests must present a valid event ticket or ticket code at check-in. Tickets may be scanned or otherwise verified before admission. Once a ticket has been redeemed or marked as used, it may not be used again. Guests are responsible for providing accurate contact information and maintaining access to their ticket confirmation or ticket code. Embers Rising may refuse admission when a ticket appears to be duplicated, altered, invalid, previously redeemed, or obtained through unauthorized means. Meal vouchers Paid Adult and Child tickets include one meal voucher. Each adult meal voucher includes one entrée, one side, one drink, and one dessert. Each child meal voucher includes the same meal structure using applicable kids portions or kids menu offerings. Meal vouchers are provided at check-in after ticket verification. Meal vouchers are valid only during the event and may be redeemed only through Embers Rising event food service. Meal vouchers have no cash value, may not be redeemed for cash, and may not be combined or exchanged for cash or credit unless expressly permitted by Embers Rising. Children ages 0–3 Children ages 0–3 receive free event admission but do not receive a meal voucher. Food and beverages for children receiving free admission may be purchased separately at regular menu pricing. All children must remain under the supervision of a parent, guardian, or responsible adult while attending the event. Additional food and beverage purchases Ticket holders may purchase additional food, beverages, desserts, or other available menu items during the event at regular menu prices. Menu items, quantities, and availability are subject to change and may be limited or sell out. Food service is intended for event attendees only and is not open as unrestricted public walk-up service during the event. Seating and venue capacity Seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis unless otherwise designated. A ticket does not guarantee a specific seat, table, or seating location. Attendance may be limited below the venue's maximum occupancy when necessary for seating arrangements, staffing, safety, comfort, or event operations. Embers Rising may temporarily restrict entry or re-entry if necessary to remain within approved occupancy or safety limits. Event schedule and activities The event may include food service, music, games, prize drawings, and other activities. Event programming, entertainment, games, menus, vendors, activities, and schedules are subject to change without notice. A change to entertainment, menu items, games, prizes, or the order or timing of activities does not automatically entitle a ticket holder to a refund. Prize giveaway Prize drawings conducted in connection with the event are governed by the separate Giveaway Official Rules published below. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Purchasing an event ticket, food, merchandise, or anything else from Embers Rising does not improve the odds of winning. Conduct Guests are expected to behave in a safe, respectful, and lawful manner. Embers Rising and venue personnel may refuse admission or remove any person whose conduct is disruptive, threatening, unsafe, abusive, unlawful, excessively intoxicated, damaging to property, or materially interferes with the event or other guests. Guests removed for misconduct are not entitled to a refund. Parents and guardians are responsible for the conduct and supervision of minors in their care. Prohibited conduct and items Guests may not bring illegal substances, weapons prohibited by law or venue policy, hazardous materials, or any item reasonably determined by event or venue staff to create a safety concern. Guests may not interfere with food service, staff operations, ticketing systems, prize drawings, entertainment equipment, or venue facilities. Outside commercial solicitation, vending, distribution, or sales are prohibited unless expressly authorized in advance. Re-entry If re-entry is permitted, guests may be required to present their ticket, wristband, stamp, or other admission credential before returning to the event. Embers Rising may change or restrict re-entry procedures when reasonably necessary for security, attendance control, or venue operations. Refunds, cancellations, and changes Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, tickets are nonrefundable except when the event is canceled and not rescheduled, or when a refund is required by applicable law. Failure to attend the event, arriving after event activities or food service have begun, or leaving the event early does not entitle a ticket holder to a refund. If the event is postponed or rescheduled, purchased tickets may be honored for the new date or handled according to instructions provided by Embers Rising. Refunds, when authorized, will generally be returned to the original payment method. Service, processing, or third-party fees may be nonrefundable to the extent permitted by law. Weather, emergencies, and circumstances beyond our control The event may be delayed, modified, relocated, postponed, or canceled due to severe weather, government action, venue restrictions, utility failure, public safety concerns, emergency conditions, acts of God, or other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Embers Rising. In those circumstances, Embers Rising will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes to ticket holders using available contact information and official communication channels. Photography and recording Photography and video recording may occur during the event for promotional, marketing, social media, archival, or other business purposes. By entering areas where photography or recording is occurring, attendees acknowledge that they may appear incidentally in event photographs or video. Guests who have specific concerns about being photographed should speak with event staff upon arrival so reasonable accommodations can be considered when practical. Personal property Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Embers Rising is not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, or damaged personal property. Lost-and-found items may be held temporarily after the event but are not guaranteed to be retained or recovered. Food allergies and dietary considerations Guests with food allergies or dietary restrictions should ask staff about ingredients before ordering or redeeming a meal voucher. While reasonable care may be taken, the food trailer handles multiple ingredients and cannot guarantee that any food item is completely free from allergens or cross-contact. Assumption of ordinary event risks By attending, guests accept the ordinary risks associated with participation in a live food and community event, including crowds, food service areas, outdoor or indoor walking surfaces, games, entertainment equipment, and interactions with other attendees. Nothing in these terms waives any right or liability that cannot lawfully be waived under applicable law. Compliance with venue and law All attendees must comply with applicable laws, venue rules, fire and occupancy requirements, and reasonable instructions from Embers Rising staff, venue personnel, security personnel, or public officials. Where a venue rule conflicts with these terms, the more restrictive lawful safety or venue requirement may be enforced. Event organizer The Embers Rising Community Kickoff is organized by CLJ Hospitality Group LLC d/b/a Embers Rising. Giveaway Official Rules The Event Terms above govern attendance at the Embers Rising Community Kickoff. These Official Rules govern the event giveaway. NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. 1. Sponsor The Giveaway is sponsored by CLJ Hospitality Group LLC d/b/a Embers Rising, 18981 US Hwy 441 PMB #121, Mount Dora, FL 32757. Questions may be sent to [info@cljhospitality.com](mailto:info@cljhospitality.com). 2. Eligibility Open to legal Florida residents age 18 or older. Owners, members, officers, managers, employees, contractors, representatives, and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible. Void where prohibited. 3. Entry Period Entries will be accepted at the Embers Rising Community Kickoff at Rogers Park Building in Leesburg, Florida, on September 19, 2026, from 4:00 PM through 7:15 PM Eastern Time. 4. How to Enter Eligible entrants may complete one official entry card at the designated Giveaway registration area. No event ticket or purchase is required. Individuals without event admission may access the Giveaway registration area solely to enter without entering the ticketed portion of the event. Limit one entry per person. Duplicate, incomplete, illegible, altered, fraudulent, or otherwise invalid entries may be disqualified. All valid entries will be placed into one drawing pool. 5. Prizes Seven prizes will be awarded: Prize 1 — Embers Rising Double Smash Burger for a Year — Approximate Retail Value: $625 Prize 2 — $50 Embers Rising Gift Card — Retail Value: $50 Prize 3 — $50 Embers Rising Gift Card — Retail Value: $50 Prize 4 — Embers Rising Branded Shirt — Approximate Retail Value: $30 Prize 5 — Embers Rising Branded Hat — Approximate Retail Value: $40 Prize 6 — Embers Rising Custom Cup — Approximate Retail Value: $20 Prize 7 — Embers Rising Custom Cup — Approximate Retail Value: $20 Total Approximate Retail Value: $835 The Burger for a Year prize provides one standard Embers Rising Double Smash Burger per calendar week for 52 consecutive weeks beginning when the prize is activated, for a maximum of 52 redemptions. Unused weekly redemptions do not roll over. Premium modifications, sides, drinks, desserts, upgrades, and other purchases are not included. Redemptions are subject to normal Embers Rising operating schedules and product availability. Gift cards may be used toward eligible Embers Rising purchases and are not redeemable for cash except where required by law. Merchandise sizes, colors, styles, and designs are subject to availability. Sponsor may substitute comparable merchandise of equal or greater value if necessary. Prizes have no cash value except for the stated gift card value and are nontransferable unless Sponsor approves otherwise in writing. 6. Winner Selection and Prize Assignment At approximately 7:30 PM on September 19, 2026, Sponsor will randomly draw seven potential winners from the single pool of eligible entries. Entrants do not need to be present to win. Prizes will be awarded in the following predetermined drawing order: First drawing — Embers Rising Double Smash Burger for a Year Second drawing — $50 Embers Rising Gift Card Third drawing — $50 Embers Rising Gift Card Fourth drawing — Embers Rising Branded Shirt Fifth drawing — Embers Rising Branded Hat Sixth drawing — Embers Rising Custom Cup Seventh drawing — Embers Rising Custom Cup The prize associated with each drawing will be awarded to the eligible entrant whose entry is randomly selected for that drawing, subject to verification. Winners do not choose their prizes. After an entrant is selected as a potential winner, that person's entry will be removed from the drawing pool before the next drawing. Each person may win only one prize. Potential winners do not need to be present when their names are drawn. Sponsor may announce the potential winner and prize at the event and will attempt to contact any potential winner who is not present. If a potential winner is disqualified, forfeits the prize, cannot be contacted, or cannot be verified, Sponsor may randomly select an alternate potential winner from the remaining eligible entries for that same prize. 7. Odds Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received and the number of entries remaining at the time of each drawing. Purchasing an event ticket, food, beverages, merchandise, or anything else from Embers Rising will not increase an entrant's odds of winning. 8. Winner Notification and Verification Winners do not need to be present at the drawing. Sponsor will attempt to contact each potential winner using the contact information provided on the entrant's entry card. Potential winners must respond within 72 hours of the first notification attempt unless Sponsor provides additional time. Potential winners may be required to provide reasonable proof of identity, age, Florida residency, and eligibility. A potential winner may forfeit the assigned prize if the person cannot reasonably be contacted, fails to respond within the required period, is determined to be ineligible, refuses the prize, or fails to comply with these Rules. If a potential winner forfeits or is disqualified, Sponsor may randomly select an alternate potential winner from the remaining eligible entries for that prize. Sponsor is not responsible for unsuccessful notification caused by inaccurate, incomplete, illegible, changed, blocked, or unavailable contact information supplied by an entrant. 9. Prize Fulfillment A person is not considered a final winner until eligibility has been verified by Sponsor. Sponsor will coordinate prize pickup, delivery, activation, or other fulfillment requirements with each verified winner based on the nature of the prize. Physical prizes should be claimed within 30 days after verification unless Sponsor agrees otherwise. The Burger for a Year prize begins when activated with the verified winner and remains subject to the redemption terms stated above. Winners are responsible for any taxes or expenses not expressly included in a prize. Sponsor will provide any tax documentation required by law. 10. Privacy and Winner Announcements Entry information will be used to administer the Giveaway, verify eligibility, contact winners, fulfill prizes, maintain required records, and comply with law. Entering does not automatically enroll an entrant in marketing communications. Sponsor may announce potential or verified winners at the event and may announce verified winners on the Embers Rising website or official social media accounts. Public winner announcements will generally use limited identifying information, such as first name and last initial or first name and city, unless the winner separately authorizes additional disclosure. 11. Administration Sponsor may disqualify anyone who attempts to interfere with the fair administration of the Giveaway through fraud, tampering, duplicate identities, deception, manipulation of the drawing process, or similar misconduct. Sponsor's reasonable decisions concerning eligibility and administration of the Giveaway are final to the extent permitted by law. If circumstances beyond Sponsor's reasonable control materially interfere with the safe or fair operation of the Giveaway, including severe weather, emergency conditions, government action, facility closure, fraud, or similar circumstances, Sponsor may suspend, postpone, modify, or cancel the Giveaway to the extent permitted by law. Where reasonably possible and lawful, Sponsor will attempt to award the advertised prizes from eligible entries properly received before any interruption. 12. Release To the extent permitted by law, by accepting a prize, each winner releases Sponsor and its owners, members, employees, agents, contractors, and representatives from claims arising from acceptance, possession, use, misuse, or redemption of the prize, except for rights or claims that cannot legally be waived. Nothing in these Rules limits any right or remedy that cannot legally be limited or waived. 13. Social Media Disclaimer This Giveaway may be promoted or its winners announced through Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or other social media platforms. The Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Meta, TikTok, or any other social media platform unless expressly stated otherwise. Questions regarding the Giveaway should be directed to Embers Rising. 14. Governing Law These Rules are governed by Florida law. To the extent permitted by law, disputes relating to the Giveaway shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Lake County, Florida. 15. Winners List and Rules A winners list will be available upon request at [info@cljhospitality.com](mailto:info@cljhospitality.com) and may also be published by Embers Rising.
